The physicians and staff of Cardiothoracic Surgery of Reading are dedicated to the care of our patients. Our group has performed over 13,000 open-heart operations and thoracic procedures.
The surgeons on our staff are all Board Certified and have many years of experience in the treatment of cardiac and thoracic problems. Our staff of nurses and support personnel also have years of experience and provide an invaluable service to the patients and their families.
It is our philosophy that patients referred for open-heart surgery and thoracic procedures are under the primary care of the surgeon who performs the procedure. With the assistance of his colleagues and the staff of our organization we care for our patients and their families until we feel it is safe and appropriate to discharge the patients to return to the care of their Cardiologist and their family physician.
We focus our efforts on the care of our patients and endeavor to keep their families well informed. This philosophy has served our patients well.
